We collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email.
Reasons we share personal data
We only share your personal data with vendors working on our behalf, for CRM purposes or with event partners but only with your specific consent. Some of our vendors are outside the EU, we have ensured that data stored outside of the EU is stored safely and correctly via Privacy Shield certification or similar.
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please send an email with your details to email@example.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject header. When you visit the Websites, TRANSITION IT may send your computer a “cookie”, a small file that resides on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies allow TRANSITION IT to make the Websites more useful by tailoring the services TRANSITION IT offers from time to time.
The website is integrated with Microsoft 365 and its cookies are stored on your computer to collect information about the user’s general use of the site. This data is statistical but can also personally identify an individual user based upon information that is submitted on site.
The website also uses Google Analytics to monitor user activity. This is statistical data about users’ browsing, and does not identify any individual.
